I wanted to get in touch with some of the staff at rapid drug detox, especially Jeanie, to let everyone know I am doing very well. I went through detox in August 2008. It was definitely difficult at first and I struggled to regain my energy and drive for about a month but I feel very well now and more importantly I feel very secure in my sobriety. Despite the pellet dissolving by December, I have not had any return of opiate cravings and my overall outlook just seems more positive. I am finishing my courses to become a counselor and I am looking forward to starting a career in the field by the fall. Thank you for your support and advice. I'm so happy my email made it to you.
