If an anesthesiologist is performing procedures in an outpatient surgery center they probably are not Board Certified which means they don't have certification to work out of an accredited facility. It is important to check the names of the doctors claiming board certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine, American Board of Medical Speciality, and the American Board of Anesthesiology.
It it isn't enough to simply be board certified when it comes to ultra-rapid opioid detoxification, but to be fellowship trained at the most prestigious medical centers in the United States can raise one's caliber beyond what the United States medical boards considers minimum competency requirements for simple medical licensure.
